Absolutely a wonderful experience, rooms were a good size, buffet breakfast was amazing, friendly and welcoming staff. My son and I hope to come back in the future. We loved our Singapore holiday.

My wife and I stayed at Swissotel the Stamford for the first time in over 20 years and all I can say is that the service is absolutely the best service we have had at any hotel. The Level 65 team were incredibly attentive to our questions and made us feel at home. Special mention to Cheary who went over and above to make us feel like the most important people there. I then observed whilst we sat there and enjoyed the incredible view of the Singapore skyline, that all the staff had that same level of care with every guest. I cannot fault any of the team. The other staff were amazing as well including those at the concierge desk, at check in and check out and especially at the Asian Market for breakfast. Again each of the them from the youngest members to the oldest went out of their way to make not only us, but every other guest feel special. Thank you to each and every single one of the team there. Especially Cheary though. I want to give him a big thank you. We will 100% be coming back to Swissotel the Stamford when we come back to Singapore.. There are only two downsides are firstly the card to access the lifts and rooms. We had many problems with the cards and it was a fellow guest who advised us the trick to get it to work…. Also the bath. Do not book this if you want to be able to have a relax in the bath after a long day seeing the sites. I am 185cm tall and not skinny and the bath was obviously designed for people a lot shorter and skinnier than I. This was really the only thing that was disappointing in our stay.

Staff were amazing and the experience at the Swissotel was fantastic.We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool because of repairs and the bed was a little bit hard. However the overall experience was amazing.
