Reception service was really good. Room could be improved. Wasn’t able to sleep well because room was really cold with aircon on and the temperature cannot be adjusted properly. I’ve changed to 26 degree but the room was still 20 degree. The only way was to turn on / off but that would cause the light to blink on and off all night too. Also the design of the hotel is weird as the filter water for drinking is at the sink so it’s not too persuasive that it’s clean and drinkable. Also, hair dryer was placed in the closet so it took us all very long to find. I’m sure many people call reception to ask where the hairdryer is. The bar upstairs was great with great view of Singapore. Service was good there.

Great stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Made our stay a great one. Attention to detail. The charging cables on my bed side table were always rolled up. Not necessary but a great touch as you felt that there was a personal touch to it. I love the bed turn down. The request of the same room as our last stay was granted, a great surprise thank you. The location of this hotel is the best, always love staying here. If you would like a down side, the pool was too cold, dam it, oh well. AAA+

check in was welcoming, however, as we arrived late at night, better information for dining options would have been welcome, as the upstairs bar on level 70 was open for dining, which we discovered the next day, instead of being directed to the downstairs bar with no food available. room was excellent, room service was also excellent. the hotel is very well located and easy to access the MRT, art gallery, museums and gardens
