I had a wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel. Location the views and service were excellent.i enjoyed the breakfast buffets, gym and laundry service. Unfortunately the pool was under repair. Other than that and the TV not functioning twice, it was all very good. I’d stay here again if I come back to Singapore.

A lovely hotel, fantastic rooms, professional staff, for that I cannot fault it. You would not be unhappy staying here, it is well located, with some great restaurants and good shopping close by. And for that, I would recommend the hotel. But for me, personally, it was just felt a little too busy for me, it lacked some of the formality I would expect from a hotel of this rating, such that the quantity of people reduced politeness and etiquette of others. For example, some facilities were a challenge to use, breakfast particularly was so noisy, like being in a canteen not a restaurant, very crowded. Impossible to use a tennis court, or to find a seat in the lobby at times. This felt as much a holiday hotel for families, where I probably expected it to be more of a business hotel. That is possibly my mistake.
